====== The injured ankle ======

{{..:english.gif}} These days I'm so -physically- tired, some days with the gym routine, other ones [[blog:07_running_1st_day|running]] and my last sports activities are playing soccer and //futsal// (indoor soccer) on two different teams.

Yesterday, while I was training, one of my [[http://userlinux.net/1180_adidas_predator_absolion|new boots]] -left one- didn't take the turf so well and I twisted the ankle. Now I can't walk so much cause of the ache, stiffnesses, (and I'm tired too).

This weekend I'll host 5 friends of us that are coming to Galicia, so I won't have so much time to rest the legs. Probably we will travel to Coruña, some parties are waiting for us... we will see what happens with the injured ankle next Monday.
